Novacare Hospitals (Private) Limited has awarded Izhar Construction (Pvt) Limited, the main civil works contract for its forthcoming 250-bed hospital in DHA Phase 5, Islamabad.<\/p>\n

Novacare ran a competitive tendering process for this package, in which nine firms in Pakistan Engineering Council\u2019s top category (C1) bid for the project. Izhar was deemed technically the strongest bidder and the project team weighted both the financial proposals and technical evaluation in its final recommendation to the Novacare board to award the package to Izhar.<\/p>\n

Phase 1 of the hospital project spans approximately 590,000 square feet across 12 floors, including 2 basements. The structural frame is slated for completion by Q4 of 2025.<\/p>\n
