Presently, we are also an Implementation Partner for USAID Pakistan under Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) providing comprehensive Program Management Services including design, construction management and construction services for infrastructure projects throughout Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>THERE ARE NUMEROUS ADVANTAGES TO THE TURNKEY CONCEPT, SUCH AS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsibility rests with only one party.<\/li>\n<li>It is possible to \u201cfast track\u201d projects through the design and construction phases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Any changes in design concepts, which may arise during the construction period, are unlikely to result in increased costs.
